Q) What is your good habit and bad one?

A good habit that I have is drinking water frequently. I usually drink water about 9-10 glass of water every day. I’ve picked up this habit since I realized that water is very important thing to keep healthy especially warm water. I haven’t been drinking water often before I knew that fact and I didn’t feel thirsty even if I didn’t drink water often. But now I am easy to feel thirsty if I don’t drink water. My body seems to settle down on my new habit. After I got this habit, I felt that it’s good at get rid of waste things from my body and because of that I got good skin too.

Procrastination is one of my bad habits. Generally I hate to procrastinate something but sometimes I become a procrastinator when I have some work that I don’t want to do. I think procrastination is not necessary a bad thing. I have incredible concentration so I can do things very quickly and perfectly at the last minute. But I try not to procrastinating things and make to do list to do things in a timely manner.
